Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question about our school? We’re here to help.

  • Can you tell me more about Fields of Art Christian Academy?

Fields of Art Christian Academy is one of the best private schools in Jacksonville. Our private school stands out from the rest by ensuring a quality education for everyone through our connection with Step Up for Students, a program that provides scholarships for families in need.

Our private school uses the Abeka curriculum, which teaches values as well as provides a well-rounded education. If you're looking for a private school for your child, come to Fields of Art Christian Academy and we will gladly give you a tour. We can't wait to meet you and your child and tell you all about our private school!

  • Why should I choose a private school for my child?

Private schools, like Field of Arts Christian Academy, typically have smaller class sizes which allow teachers more time with each student and promote individualized learning experiences.

Additionally, private school curriculums may be focused on areas that public schools cannot due to budgetary constraints such as specialized classes in the arts or sciences.

Finally, private institutions often have higher expectations for academic performance than public ones, as they are generally held accountable by parents rather than government regulations.

All these factors make private schooling an attractive option for many families looking for an enhanced educational experience for their children.

  • What is the Abeka curriculum?

Abeka Book, LLC, known as A Beka Book until 2017, is an American publisher affiliated with Pensacola Christian College that produces K-12 curriculum materials that are used by Christian schools and homeschooling families around the world.
